Trout Point Lodge Relais & Chateaux is pleased to announce that all its facilities will be available for wedding ceremonies and receptions during the 2010 season and beyond.
For anything but very small ceremonies, the Lodge must be rented in its entirety. Trout Point will open May 1 and close in late October, 2010. Previously Trout Point had only allowed very small wedding parties to use the Lodge as a venue. However, increased inquiries during 2009 and the hosting of 3 small wedding ceremonies at the Lodge during last season led to the current change in policy.
Relais & Chateaux’s only Nova Scotia hotel, Trout Point Lodge offers comfortable accommodations and charming service in a wilderness setting. Along the banks of the Tusket River, Trout Point provides gourmet dining and various accommodation options, including cottages and suites. The Lodge is inspected and recommended by Conde Nast Johansens and holds a 5 Green Key rating from the Hotel Association of Canada for its eco-friendly practices.
